STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. Horrible service, horrible cleaning, and horrible customer service. I purchased the Package 4 Platinum Service for $34.95, and the quality was terrible. The inside of my car was barely cleaned. The door panels weren’t properly wiped down, and I ended up having to clean parts of the interior myself. I paid for their highest-level service and absolutely did not receive what I paid for. When I complained, the cashier told me they couldn’t give me a refund or even a partial refund. The owner/manager then came out and blamed the poor wash on their new machine. How is that the customer’s problem? If you’re charging full price while your equipment isn’t performing properly, you should make it right when a customer receives a bad wash. Instead, I got excuse after excuse after excuse. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted my money back for a service that was not properly performed. I also have a very hard time understanding the glowing recent reviews because my experience was nowhere close to what they describe. The cleaning was horrible, and the way my complaint was handled was even worse. I would have stayed there and continued pu

Just had my car washed and purchased Package 3 - Gold. The inside was not cleaned well I wiped the door panels myself, the car was left wet in many areas. The windshield was full of leaves as you can see. I used to love coming to this place but the cleaning service is not what it used to be.

I just finished paying $35 for a halfway decent car wash. But my windshield was still crusted w dead bugs. My console still had stains and the car still feels dirty. They don’t even have a correct number. Very disappointed

I brought my car in for cleaning. The interior was already clean — there was only a little dust on the dashboard. I paid for the Platinum service, but they actually made my car dirtier instead of cleaning it. There were red microfiber lint pieces everywhere inside the car. The back seat was even worse — it was left with water stains. I ended up cleaning and drying half of the exterior myself. When they said they were done, I checked the car and had to go back and ask them to clean it again. Even after the second attempt, the job was still poorly done, and I had to clean the entire interior myself. Very disappointing service, especially considering I paid for the highest package.
